Nail Abnormalities
Nail disorders comprise about 10% of all skin conditions. Symptoms that could signal nail problems include colour, texture or shape changes, swelling of the skin around the nails and pain. Fungal infections make up 50% of all nail disorders while psoriasis, lichen planus, bacterial infections, ingrown toe nails and nail biting can also be treated.
